Definitely needs a higher rating. Cause the sushi here was phenomenal! I mean the taste and quality was just truly amazing. We had the flaming salmon roll. The salmon just melted in your mouth. It had crab in it as well and it didn’t over power it. It blended so nicely together. Then there was a special that the chef made. It was so good. Meant to ask what he puts in it. But it was so delicious. Staff is so friendly and fun loving. They have such a good atmosphere and the service was truly great. We even had their house cold-sake. It was so good. The best part of whole experience was just how affordable it was! Definitely give this place a try.
Hadn’t been here in forever! Came thru for a quick date night. Customer service and atmosphere was awesome. The fish was fresh!! I forgot what the names of the rolls were but I always like tuna and hubby likes to get the baked ones. I wouldn’t get the calamari again... it tastes frozen... but the rest of the items were great!!
The blue crab was delightfully fresh and tasty .....very pleased with the quality of the food and the service staff was on point!!!!!! For a "plaza" restaurant I was surprised at how well I was pleased......if u are in the area definitely check it out!! Plus, because of the cold weather...they gave us miso soup complimentary.... ...
My husband and I were road weary travellers looking for sushi. After a disappointing stop at a different local sushi restaurant we found Love Sushi & Roll, a hidden gem in a strip mall. The fish was fresh and delicious. The portions were generous and Sushi Chef David's secret sauce is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. A welcome panacea for our frazzled nerves. We wanted take out, because we had another six hours of driving to get home. The sushi chef introduced himself while we were making our selections and asked where we hailed from. We told him we were from the bay area. He then asked if we knew I'd a sushi place in Sausalito called Samurai Sushi. Our mouths hit the floor. We were very familiar with it. It was the location of our very first date 21 years ago! At Chef David was preparing our sushi, we had a lovely chat. He doesn't know it but this last week was an extremely stressful one for us and reminiscing about a sushi restaurant that was dear to our hearts was just the thing we needed to pick our spirits up.
Food was fresh and flavorful. Our Chef was sociable and answered our questions. Nice atmosphere. I'll try it again.
Love Sushi is an amazing dine in. Wife and I were seating immediately upon arrival and entering the restaurant. Covid enhancements have been made. We were greeted by the friendly staff as we sat down. I had Ice tea and wife had Saparo beer . Restaurant has a variety of drink choices. The menu is scanned on your phone and and prices range from 5 to 17.00 . I was a little concerned on the price but the portion size of the sushi makes up for it. So reasonable portions and friendly staff An "AWESOME" date night!!! This was the first time I have been to Love Sushi. Dark blinds and cozy dimm lighting make a great environment for you and your date or occasion. Both Malenand Female restrooms are super clean. A great sign of a restaurant. All of the Food was absolutely delicious percent!
